The Google ads system
As a Google ads agency, we build Search campaigns around real buying intent — tight keyword groups, honest ad copy and landing pages that finish the job the ad started.
We target the searches buyers make when they're ready — not broad terms that burn budget on browsers.
Copy written around the searcher's actual problem, with extensions and structure that lift quality score and cut cost per click.
The ad makes a promise; the page keeps it. We align message, proof and call to action so clicks become enquiries.
Searchers who didn't convert see you again across YouTube and the Display Network — warmed by your content.

The intent map
Market size and budget share are two different numbers. Research tells us most B2B buyers are not shopping today. Search terms tell us where the smaller active demand sits. We use those signals separately, then move budget towards the searches producing qualified leads.
Where the money goes
Imagine you have £5,000 to spend this month. There are two ways to share it out.
Way 1: The shotgun approach
Split the money equally across every kind of search, even weak early-stage queries.
Way 2: Follow the buyers approach
Start with more money behind stronger buying signals, then let qualified-lead data change the split.
Every bar shares one scale, showing the same £5,000 two ways. Way 2 moves money out of weak early-stage searches and behind the levels that buy.
The rule that prevents contradictions
Market research describes how many buyers may be shopping. This calculator uses separate priority scores, normalises them to exactly 100% of budget, then real account results replace the starting split.
This is a starting plan, not a universal benchmark. Every week, we reallocate using your search terms, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead and available search demand. No researched market percentage is ever reused as a budget percentage.
Research context, not a budget formula: Ehrenberg-Bass found that up to 95 in every 100 B2B buyers may be out of market at a given time. The exact share changes by category and purchase cycle. It does not mean 5% of your Google Ads budget should go anywhere.
The only decision that matters
Setting up a Google ads campaign takes an afternoon, which is why plenty of agencies stop there and spread your money evenly across everything. Deciding which level of intent deserves the budget, and refusing to fund the ones that don't, is the actual job. That is why the same budget comes back different here.
Market prevalence sets the context. Your own qualified-lead data sets the budget.
Send us your search terms report and we'll show you where your spend is currently landing.

Questions founders ask
If people already search for what you sell, yes — Search captures the highest-intent traffic available. If nobody searches for your category yet, we create demand with TikTok and Meta first.
It depends on your cost per click and how many leads you need. On your call we'll model realistic numbers for your market before you commit to anything.
Usually broad keywords, weak quality scores or landing pages that don't match the ad. Tight intent-led structure and message alignment fix all three.
Yes — YouTube is part of Google's network and pairs perfectly with remarketing. People who watched your content or visited your site see video ads that continue the story.
